Travel Grants available to attend 24th World Congress of Dermatology in Milan, Italy
The World Congress of Dermatology is held every four years under the auspices of the International League of Dermatological Societies (ILDS). ISD is an international member of the ILDS. ILDS members are societies, not individuals like ISD.
ISD is pleased to offer a limited number of scholarships to ISD member residents, fellows or young dermatologists who are presenting oral or poster abstracts at the 24th World Congress of Dermatology in Milan, Italy, June 10-15, 2019. Awardees will be expected to give a short oral presentation of their abstract at the ISD Sister Society meeting on June 10, 2019 starting at 8:30 AM.
This travel grant program is to help defray costs of travel and registration to the meeting. Five awards will be given in the amount of $1,500.
The travel grant funds will be given to successful applicants upon their arrival at the meeting during the ISD Sister Society Meeting on June 10, 2019 starting at 8:30 AM.
Scholarship recipients are responsible for making their own registration for the meeting and travel (including visa) and hotel arrangements.
Applicants must be enrolled in a residency program at the time of the meeting or young dermatologists under the age of 35 (must be 35 or under at the time of the WCD in June 2019).
